Each size hangs differently — fixture body height is 48.5 cm / 65 cm / 70 cm depending on diameter, plus the standard 30 cm suspension rod. For a formal dining room, the bottom of the chandelier should clear the table by at least 28–32 inches. The 60 cm version works comfortably in 8.5–9 ft ceilings; the 80 cm needs 9–10 ft; the 100 cm reads best in grand foyers and hotel lobbies with 12–16 ft ceilings. The Vivara is crafted in the Murano-style glassmaking tradition — using the same hand-formed oval glass drop technique and layered tiered construction associated with Venetian chandeliers — but it is not certified as a product of the island of Murano, Italy. A warm-white E14 LED capsule (2700 K) produces the richest amber effect through the glass — the warm light tone reinforces the golden color of the drops and fills the room with a luxurious, candlelight-quality glow. E14 Edison-style filament bulbs at 2200–2400 K are an excellent alternative for an even warmer, more vintage tone. Avoid cool-white or daylight bulbs (4000 K+) which will wash out the amber quality of the glass entirely.
