The Insieme Bone Cleaver by Berti is a wide-bladed, thick knife for cutting through meat or bones. Use the blunt sides for tenderizing meat or crushing garlic cloves. Each knife comes with a magnetized wood block. Berti knives are handmade in Italy by skilled artisans with the technique used since 1895.
