At its heart, the EVO 300 features a meticulously crafted valve preamp stage utilising six hand-selected 12AU7 valves (2 input, 4 driver)—not merely a token nod to valve technology, but a fully engineered valve section that delivers the warmth and musicality audiophiles crave. This seamlessly integrates with a powerful dual-mono solid-state power section incorporating paired JFETs from Linear Systems and specially manufactured MOSFETs, delivering over 100W per channel into 8 ohms (115W typical) and over 150W per channel into 4 ohms (170W typical).

Premium Components Throughout

The EVO 300 employs extensive hardwiring and premium-quality PCBs with 2.4mm thickness and 105μm gold-plated copper tracks. The sophisticated power supply system includes separate transformers for the valve preamp stage and a dedicated 500VA transformer for the solid-state power stage. All transformers are protected by PrimaLuna's 'AC Offset Killer' circuit, ensuring silent operation free from DC-induced hum.
