USAGE STEPS – DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

1. Initial Surface Preparation / Routine Cleaning and Groove Removal

Product: Panther Groove PS210

Purpose: Used to eliminate grooves, channels, and tool marks that occur on milled or 3D-printed surfaces.

Structure: Lamella disc with a special composite material

Objective: Initial coarse surface refinement

Speed: 7,000–12,000 rpm

Note: This step is especially critical for CAD/CAM-manufactured polymers.

2. Intermediate Smoothing / Micro-Level Refinement

Product: Panther Smooth PS160 or PS210

Purpose: To create a smooth surface in preparation for polishing

Structure: Flexible, sharp-edged lamellae for better adaptation to hard-to-reach areas

Objective: Elimination of micro-irregularities on the surface

Speed: 7,000–12,000 rpm

Note: Particularly effective in margin lines and interdental regions

3. Pre-Polish Finishing / High-Smoothness Surface Preparation

Product: Panther Smooth PT056

Purpose: To achieve the finest finish just before final polishing

Structure: Small diameter design optimized for high-speed application

Speed: 8,000–20,000 rpm

Objective: To make the surface as smooth as glass before polishing

4. Final Polishing – High-Gloss Stage

Product: Panther Buff PB220 and Panther Paste 02 (used together)

Purpose: To achieve a glossy and aesthetic surface finish

Structure: Polishing brush used in combination with a special polishing paste

Objective: Maximum gloss on polymer surfaces

Speed: 7,000–15,000 rpm

Note: Compatible with different types of polymers. The paste enhances gloss without damaging the surface.

5. Instrument Reconditioning and Maintenance

Product: Panther Tune 01

Purpose: Used to restore the original shape and geometry of Panther instruments with a diamond stone when they become deformed

Objective: To extend instrument lifespan and maintain sharpness and precision

GENERAL USAGE NOTES

• All steps should be performed at low to moderate speeds. Otherwise, both the instruments and the material being processed may be damaged.

• Apply the “less is more” principle: Controlled contact is more important than pressure.

• Always transition gradually from one step to the next: Ensure the surface is fully ready before proceeding.
