Programat P510 - G2

The Programat P510 is an extremely efficient and user-friendly furnace that combines high technology with sophisticated design.

Thanks to the infrared technology in the intelligent Programat P510, faster and higher-quality firing results are achieved regardless of the quantity and size of restorations in the firing chamber. Time savings of up to 20% can be achieved. The new heat imaging camera automatically manages pre-drying and the closure of the furnace lid.

The new Programat P510 features a 7-inch color touchscreen display and a proven membrane-covered keypad. In addition to various Ivoclar Vivadent programs adapted for materials such as IPS e.max, IPS d.SIGN, IPS InLine, and IPS Empress System, the furnace includes 500 individual programs.

Another innovation is the QTK2 heating element technology. This technology ensures homogeneous heat distribution within the furnace, thereby extending the lifespan of the heating components. The new vacuum pump, managed by dual-valve vacuum technology, operates quietly and economically.

The DSA function (Digital Shade Assistant) for digital color determination has been added to the furnace from software version V5.0. The specialized image processing software recognizes the tooth to be analyzed and the three guide samples in the DSA image. The guide sample most suitable for the analyzed tooth is displayed on the tooth, allowing immediate identification of the tooth shade.
