Fisiograft Slurry Gel is a fully resorbable bone regeneration material in gel form, developed for use in dental and maxillofacial surgery. It is based on PLGA (polylactic-co-glycolic acid) and dextran.
Designed with the “One For All” concept, this innovative formula can be used on its own or mixed with all types of granular biomaterials available on the market – synthetic, autologous, allograft, or xenograft.
Fully resorbable – completely absorbed by the body within 4–6 months
Optimized viscosity & controlled extrusion thanks to PLGA + PEG + Dextran content
Ready-to-use syringe format (1 ml, Code: PFOF0050)
Provides stability in bone cavities with a volume-preserving (space maintainer) effect
Adds plastic consistency and allows easy handling when mixed with granular biomaterials
Ideal viscosity: supports homogeneous spreading, controlled pressure, and membrane applications
Biocompatible & tissue-friendly: PLGA metabolized enzymatically, dextran metabolized naturally
Plastic structure fills even irregular spaces and adheres firmly to cavity walls
Radiolucent, enabling clear observation of new bone formation in X-rays
Support matrix fully replaced by new bone tissue within 6 months
Formation of mineralized bone with osteocytes, medullary cavities, and vascular structures
Clinical studies show 56% bone with only 1% residual material, indicating high success rates
Documented in over 100 scientific publications
Post-extraction socket filling
Support material for periodontal intrabony defects
Auxiliary gel in sinus lift procedures
Carrier gel for granular graft material mixtures
Alveolar ridge preservation
Volume support for peri-implant defects
PLGA (25.7%) – 257 mg
PEG (59%) – 590 mg
Dextran (15.3%) – 153 mg
Form: Gel / microwave-dispersed polymer structure
Packaging: Sterile, capped syringe – 1 ml
Flexibility to use alone or in mixtures
Smooth extrusion and linear application – you are in control
Ideal carrier structure – strengthens granules even when used alone
Clinically safe – free from BSE, HIV, HBV, SARS risks
Designed for complete bone regeneration
Autograft (patient’s own bone)
Allograft (donor-derived bone)
Xenograft (bovine/porcine origin)
Synthetic granules (tricalcium phosphate, hydroxyapatite, glass ceramic, etc.)
Direct the syringe toward the application site
Slowly extrude the desired amount
Can be applied alone or mixed with granular biomaterials
A membrane (PRF or synthetic) may be placed on top
