The Sins Lateral Approach Kit is a sinus lift surgical instrument used to elevate the sinus membrane without tearing it by drilling through the lateral wall.

• Reamers are designed for use with a conventional surgical motor handpiece at 2,000 RPM.
• The conical body of the LS reamer is designed to control the drilling depth up to 3.5 mm without using drill stoppers.

• The kit provides a sinus elevator for lateral window sinus lift procedures.
