Screw Removal Set User Manual

Note 1: It is preferable that no attempt has been made to remove the broken screw using other tools or equipment before utilizing this apparatus.

Note 2: All tools (burs) should be used in a counterclockwise (ccw) direction.

Begin by placing the abutment inside the implant. Attach bur number 1 to the contra-angle handpiece, pass it through the abutment, and gently touch the broken screw. Apply pressure with your index finger on the bur. While maintaining pressure, activate the motor in a counterclockwise direction at 50-75 rpm (ensure that the motor is set to rotate counterclockwise). If the screw does not come out, repeat the process using bur number 2.
