Omnicon Implant is manufactured by "Rh Pozitif Tıbbi Cihazları İmalat Teknoloji A.Ș" in accordance with ISO 13485 Standard and "MDD 93/42 EEC Medical Devices Directive".

Omnicon Implants are manufactured by chip manufacturing method on state-of-the-art "Computerized Numerical Controlled" machines. In order for the implant to be ideally placed in the smaller diameter hole drilled into the bone and to be placed in a larger area in the soft bone, two Two-Entry Buttress-type grooves have been drilled on the body and two mutually cutting shaping channels have been cut on the body where these grooves can make their own way.

In addition, it has an ideal implant design shaped with a Four-Entry Mini groove close to the bone level. The mini-grooves start after the Four-Entry and a straight length of 0.7mm below the bone level and continue with a 1.6mm pitch to the tapered start 2.5mm below. Mini grooves are half groove depth.

A 1.6mm Pitch Two Entry Buttress type groove is drilled through the 1.5 Degree taper and there is a second 1.5 Degree angle between the tapered surface and the Buttress groove bottom. 1.6mm Buttress grooves reduce the number of rotations during implant placement. Mini grooves reduce stress at the bone level.

material is sprayed onto the implant surface with a CNC automation system.

Acid Treatment
After the sandblasting process, the implant surface is cleaned with a specially mixed acid to clean the implant surface and to emphasize the surface roughness.

Surface Measurement
After the roughened implant surface was completely cleaned from particle residues with acid treatment, an average value of 1.5-2.3 microns was measured on the rough surface with Surtronic 3P.
These values are accepted values for dental implants.

Sterile Implant Pack
The implant with the titanium carrying piece and the plastic insert with a separate plastic piece and a closing screw on the underside are placed in a clear plastic bottle, sealed with a semi-transparent plastic cap with a safety lock and gamma sterilized.

Non-sterile Implant Package
After the implant application, all of the parts to be used are served to the patient in non-sterile packaging.
