Victorian Square Etched Castle Gold Filled Locket Watch Chain Necklace

This Victorian antique square locket is just so stunning! Estimated to be from the late 1800s, it originally hung on a men's pocket watch chain. One side features an engraved castle bird pattern, while the other is plain/smooth gold. We elongated the watch chain by adding a few inches from another antique gold-filled chain, and the locket opens bottom up, with an original piece of red fabric backing inside. Wear as is, or detach the locket for a simple watch-chain look. You can also add your own charms to the original dog-clip clasp - and clip the spring ring higher on the chain to create a lariat/ drop down.
