These are real, rare, Indonesian Copper Tip Trilobite beetles (Platerodrilus ruficollis)! 

This incredible, bizarre, genus of beetles is named after their visual similarity to the extinct group of arthropods known as trilobites. 

Only the females and larvae of this beetle have their trilobite appearance, while the males are much smaller and have a more classic beetle appearance.

These specimens, from Kalimantan, come framed in a protective 3.5" tall Riker mount and can be shipped worldwide.
