Loose leave tea containing Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Skullcap and Spearmint. This unique blend helps enable a good and restful sleep. If taken as a bedtime tea, try to drink it more or less 2 hours before bedtime to get the most benefit. Shake the jar, then scoop out 1 rounded tsp (teaspoon) into a 250ml cup of hot, not boiling, water. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes, stir, strain and enjoy. Note that the longer the tea steeps, the greater the benefit will be; therefore, once you are used to the herbal taste, try steeping it for longer and even consider using a bit more tea per cup. This tea can also be refrigerated after preparation and enjoyed cold. The addition of milk is not recommended, but feel free to add a sweetener of your choice if you want to.
