Features:

• Before applying TotalCem, dentin should be dry but not overly dry.
• For inlays and onlays, etching enamel margins with phosphoric acid is recommended to enhance bonding strength (avoiding dentin).
• To prepare the root canal for TotalCem application and achieve optimal cementation:
  • Use a calibrated drill to remove all gutta-percha residues.
  • Use an ultrasonic probe for thorough cleaning.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  • Apply TotalCem using an extra-thin intraoral tip.

Important Notes:

• TotalCem is not designed for bonding to enamel without mechanical support (e.g., dental brackets, veneers).
• When placing ceramic inlays or zirconia crowns, follow these steps to improve cementation:
  1. Apply hydrofluoric acid for 1 to 3 minutes.
  2. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Apply silane (e.g., DentoBond Porcelain Fix).
