Stainless hardware is included to ensure it never loses its luster and complements the polished aluminum or sets a stark and bold contrast to the matte black and the three-piece design makes it near impossible for the shift boot and bezel to ever come loose. Install smallest plate and middle plate (not threaded) to chassis first.
