• Before First Use (Seasoning): Wash with a neutral detergent, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Bake the empty pan in a warm oven to burn off residual manufacturing oils before your first bake.
• Before Baking: Always apply a thin, even layer of oil or butter to the interior surfaces and lid before adding your dough.
• After Baking: Allow the pan to cool slightly, then remove the bread and wipe away crumbs and excess oil.
• Cleaning: Hand wash only. Avoid soaking or dishwashers. For stubborn residue, wash briefly with a neutral detergent, dry immediately, and place it in a warm, turned-off oven to ensure all moisture is completely evaporated.
