Nori is a type of edible dried seaweed, typically made from red algae of the genus Pyropia (formerly Porphyra). It is heavily used in Japanese cuisine and is most commonly known as the dark green wrapper used to hold sushi rolls and onigiri (rice balls) together.

Eat out of the pack as a snack. Sprinkle on salads, soups, vegetables, rice or other savoury dishes.
