Surgiplaster® is a safe, predictable, and scientifically proven surgical graft solution for bone regeneration.
Made of 100% synthetic, fully resorbable calcium sulfate, it is designed to fill natural or pathological bone defects in dental and maxillofacial surgery.
The unique combination of calcium sulfate hemihydrate and dihydrate optimizes biological solubility, ensuring complete absorption within 3 months. As it resorbs, Surgiplaster is replaced by new bone tissue. It can be used alone or in combination with Fisiograft Slurry Gel or granular grafts.
Osteoconductive – Supports migration and adhesion of new bone cells
Highly biocompatible – No inflammation risk, no systemic toxicity
Animal-free – Free of BSE, HIV, HBV, SARS infectious risks
Fast resorption – Fully dissolves and replaced by bone within 3 months
Histologically proven – Bone formation and vascularization observed by the 4th month
100% synthetic and safe structure
Easily moldable with saline or Fisiograft Slurry Gel
High volume stability and scaffold effect
Compatible with a wide range of surgical indications
Available in syringe or powder-set forms
Can be used alone or combined with other grafts

Set contents:
2 g granular powder
400 mg hemihydrate
1 ml normal liquid
1 ml fast-setting liquid
Product code: PFSU0020
Mix powder and liquid in a sterile environment
For higher consistency, add Fisiograft Slurry Gel
Apply the paste-like graft to the defect site
Cover with PRF or a synthetic membrane if required
When used with fast liquid, Surgiplaster may also function as a barrier, reducing the need for an additional membrane
Supported by over 50 clinical and histological studies
Osteoconductive effect and safety widely documented
Published in: Bone Regeneration Journal, J Clin Periodontol, Bone Joint J
Setting time: 10–15 minutes
Provides long working time for clinicians
Easy to shape and adapt in large-volume or contoured defects
Compatible with membranes (PRF or synthetic)
Ideal for aesthetic regions requiring controlled placement
Consistency can be enhanced with Fisiograft Slurry Gel or granular grafts
Setting time: 2–5 minutes
Reduces surgical time and accelerates stability
Suitable for small, closed defects not requiring extensive shaping
Can serve as a barrier material without membrane coverage
Minimizes risk of graft displacement in soft tissue contact areas
Recommended for cases requiring fast application or limited membrane use
