USAGE STAGES – DETAILED DESCRIPTION

1. Initial Surface Preparation / Routine Cleaning and Groove Removal

• Product: Panther Groove PS210
• Purpose: Used to eliminate channels, grooves, and marks formed on milled or 3D-printed surfaces.
• Structure: Lamella disc and special blend material
• Target: Initial rough surface correction.
• Speed: 7000–12000 rpm
• Diameter: Ø21 x 3 mm
• Shank: 104-HP
• Note: This first step is critical, especially for CAD/CAM manufactured polymers.

GENERAL USAGE NOTES

• All operations should be performed at low RPMs. Otherwise, both the tools and the processed material can be damaged.
• Work with the principle of 'less is more': controlled contact is important, not excessive pressure.
• Transition should be gradual: ensure the surface is ready before moving to the next level in each stage.
