Vitamin D3 Complete 5000 is formulated to respect the crucial importance of balancing vitamin D with vitamin A, especially for those who know they require extra vitamin D. When your levels of vitamin D have become more optimal with this supplement which may take a month or two or more for some people, it may well be appropriate to revert to the lower dose Vitamin D3 Complete which provides 2,000 iu of vitamin D.

This supplement also contains the other oil-soluble vitamins: K2 (menaquinone-7) and DeltaGOLD® tocotrienols (part of the vitamin E family), completing the 4 fat-soluble vitamins.

The formulation is based on the understanding that repletion and maintenance of vitamin D levels is best accomplished with modest, regular doses of vitamin D, balanced by vitamin A, and this may better support vitamin D’s interaction with the many kinds of tissues in the human body that have vitamin D receptors. WHY TAKE A VITAMIN D SUPPLEMENT?
