A DAILY SYSTEM IS MAGICAL to someone who has no clue how to get well on a daily basis beyond the nothing they are handed to follow after injury and trauma.  I designed a system to compensate   for the side effects of brain injury, trauma or simply get my  life on track. I searched everywhere to find a book that said, Step by Step what to do to get better every day with traumatic brain injury and trauma. I had NO direction. I went in endless circles like a boat left to the whims of the sea of injury. I was left to do the best I did not know how.  This is the 31 Day System. Success is not a secret, but a system.

The journey begins by learning about the side effects of brain injury and trauma. You learn to work with your brain instead of against it.  The greatest gift is to realize YOU ARE MORE!   You learn to change your thoughts and change your world. Capturing the power of the daily, you  learn to use the laws of the Universe for you instead of against you.  It is like learning how to fly.  UP is learned  beyond the gravity of down that comes with brain injury and trauma. UP IS A PRACTICE.   The secret  is a life created by strategies that bring independence rather than codependency on others.   I call it my bumper pads for success  that they have in  beginners bowling.  The journal becomes your flight manual to navigate through your life. Through the  storms, you have a daily instrument panel to fly above the effects of brain injury and trauma.  This is 23 years of living beyond surviving to better and better horizons end  NEVER wonder where I am going.  How does it get better than that?
