Daily intake of four tablets provides:

• 4000mg of Myo-inositol to help balance your hormonal and menstrual health
• 0.42mg Vitamin B6 to regulate hormonal activity
• 200ug Folate to help support immunity and energy levels
• 100ug Chromium to help with the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

How to use it

Take two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening. If you have trouble swallowing the tablets they are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water. Alternatively, you can crush them and mix with yogurt or a similar food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

For best results we recommend using this supplement consistently for at least 90 days.

Combining Myoplus with our other supplements

Combining the Myoplus with either the Preconception, Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails is possible. Still, we recommend not exceeding mixing two supplements at the same time.

It is possible to combine one of our other supplements with the Myoplus. In that case, you should only take two tablets of Myoplus a day in conjunction with the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules of the other supplement. This will give you a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.

Taking Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.
