Arrowroot flour is a plant-based, gluten-free powder that can be used to replace ordinary flour in baking. Use as a one-to-one replacement for corn starch and thickener in soups, gravies and puddings. It is completely tasteless, unlike corn starch. Mix with a little cold water before adding to hot liquids. Does not work with milk-based sauces.
